Bio
After teaching at Nicolet in 2014 as a long-term substitute, I returned as a full-time teacher in 2016. In the classroom, I am passionate about empowering young adults to be their own Believer Of Self Success (BOSS). After teaching music for ten years, I earned a master's degree and worked in Higher Education as an Admissions Counselor and Academic Advisor. I returned to the classroom with the goal of using music to help students identify their strengths and develop their academic, social, and emotional intelligences so that they are successful in their post-secondary endeavors.
I spend my free time hiking with my dog, reading non-fiction, and volunteering as a mentor in the Big Brothers Big Sisters iMentor program and tutoring English Language Learners at Literary Services of Milwaukee.
