Hello parents and students,

My name is Nick Gorisch. I have been part of the Innovation Arts department here at Nicolet for the past three years. My professional experience varies from working in Graphic Design, Advertising and 14 years of experience teaching art at Whitney M. Young Magnet High School in Chicago.

This year I will be teaching 4 courses. Photography 1 +2, Drawing + Design, and Digital illustration. These courses will provide students with a great deal of personal and creative freedom; however, such freedom will require an environment of mutual trust and adherence to classroom expectations.

I will post grades and feedback for assignments as quickly as possible.  Please be sure to read the feedback and track your progress using Canvas.  A vast majority of the projects will allow students to make revisions based on my feedback and resubmission for full credit.  Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
